Hi! I’m Ms. Amy. I started pursuing my education career my junior year in high school. I am currently attending college in hopes of reaching my childhood dream of being a teacher. I am so excited to be apart of this team and to teach, build relationships, and help grow the minds of our lil pirates!!
Carlie Robinson, Director

Working with children brings me so much joy. From teaching, to being an Assistant Director and then Director the past 6 years have taught me so much.
I love all of the sweet people I work with, all of our precious students, & their families. We are so blessed!!
My favorite part about my job is that we are not just a daycare. While we are here to teach & prepare kiddos for when they enter grade school – we are *most importantly* here to love on them, laugh with them, encourage them, be silly with them, and create a space where they know beyond a doubt that they are loved. It’s been so amazing to see how children thrive when they feel they are loved and accepted no matter what. I couldn’t ask for a more positive, encouraging work environment than the one we’ve been blessed with.
Summer Revilla, Director
Hello, I am Ms. Summer, Director at the Lil Pirates Preschool. I was born and raised in Midland tx, but really happy to be back in Granbury with my fiancé and our “son” Oreo. I have enjoy working with my coworkers/ friends and getting to know some wonderful kids as well as their parents. I hope to grow with Lil Pirates to be the best I know I can be and teach and love some kids along the way.
Tia Gillentine, Director
Hi! I’m Ms Tia. I have been in childcare for over 4 years and I’ve been with Lil Pirates for a little over a year now! I am married and have a beautiful little girl. I love working with kids, it’s always been a passion of mine. I love being a part of their lives and helping them grow! I am currently attending Tarleton State University to get my degree for becoming a Kindergarten teacher! I am looking forward to getting to know you all and being a part of y’all’s journey!
